After successfully obtaining a higher-density rezone and developing part of it for the Lenfest Group, we turned the balance of this environmentally compromised site in a Philadelphia Main Line community into the region’s first LEED-certified multifamily housing project, designed by renowned architect Robert Venturi. We developed the 54-unit, $38.8 million project from start to finish: entitlements through design through initial occupancies.
