Staci Baer
Manager
Staci provides property and project management assistance for the company and has become lead manager on several large projects including a west Philadelphia Receivership and a multi-park residential management contract for the PA Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources. In this role she provides significant property inspection services, tracks property accounting, and manages competitive bid processes for complex construction and repair services. Staci has impressed both staff and clients with her even-handed and calm management of anxious residential occupants.
On construction projects, Staci manages much of the tracking and billing work, ensuring that all the many required documents are in place.
