As a driven Economics major at Spelman College with a passion for urban development, community empowerment, and thoughtful business strategy, Paityn brings insight and energy to her internship at AR Spruce. Her curiosity and commitment to learning allow her to contribute meaningfully across project management, research, and internal operations.

As an intern at AR Spruce, she supports the Project and Property Management teams, assists with business development, and contributes to marketing and branding initiatives such as case studies.

Paityn is also leading the development of a comprehensive directory of MBE and WBE-certified firms across architecture, engineering, construction, and related real estate disciplines, furthering AR Spruce’s commitment to inclusive partnerships.

Paityn's prior experiences in the Goldman Sachs Market Madness Program and the REEX Commercial Real Estate Program have sharpened her understanding of financial services and urban development. At AR Spruce, she is excited to be progressing her exposure to the real estate sector while contributing to mission-driven projects that strengthen communities.
