A seasoned project and program manager, Noam began his career as an architect before developing an impressive book of experience with major construction projects as an owner’s rep and as a director of enterprise capital projects. At AR Spruce, he manages major client projects at and through various stages—from planning and design through construction, keeping them on time and within budget while coordinating day to day tasks and motivating large teams to maximize performance for the best possible outcomes. Organized, knowledgeable, and skilled at multitasking, he has a strategic mind and savvy judgement that deliver added value for our clients.
Prior to his current role, Noam worked as the senior director of capital projects at Hospitality Investors Trust, a REIT which owns 142 hotel properties in North America, where he led a wide scope of projects that included both interior and exterior renovations. Before that he served as director of site development and construction for Goddard Systems, Inc., the franchisor of The Goddard School, where he planned and directed 35 school construction projects. From 2003-2013, he served as an associate program director and owner’s rep at Becker & Frondorf, where he was involved in high-profile projects such as The Free Library of Philadelphia’s $220 million renovation and addition, the reconstruction of The Pier at Caesar’s in Atlantic City, and the renovation of multiple Marriott Courtyard and Residence Inn hotels.
