Monica Venkatesh brings a multidisciplinary background in architecture, real estate development, and finance. Her balanced and analytical approach to complex projects ensures the seamless integration of planning, design, construction, and financial strategy across every phase of the development process.
Recognized for her precision, collaborative leadership, and strategic insight, Monica has a proven track record in managing commercial and mixed-use developments. Her expertise includes feasibility studies, zoning and entitlement analysis, stakeholder engagement, due diligence, and financial modeling for master-planned communities and large-scale capital projects. She is highly skilled in leveraging public incentives and structuring public-private partnerships to optimize project viability while maximizing community benefit.
Her academic research reflects a deep commitment to innovative, impactful urban development. Monica’s graduate capstone, Integrating Transit and Community: The Role of Transit-Oriented Developments in Urban Economic Growth, explored strategies for aligning transit investments with sustainable economic expansion. Her undergraduate thesis presented a 60-acre integrated township proposal combining residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, office, and recreational components—a project that was later exhibited at the Consulate General of India in New York in recognition of its creative and technical excellence.
Monica is a ULI Etkin Scholar (2024), and the recipient of the University Dean’s Scholarship (2023–2025) and the Academic Achievement Award (2025) from Thomas Jefferson University.
