Bernie has managed construction for the Philadelphia 76ers Practice Facility, a 75,000 sf mixed use facility pioneering in Camden NJ, delivering the space on time in September 2016 and $10 million under budget. He has supervised construction issues for a portfolio of assets for Montgomery County as part of their masterplan and redevelopment. Bernie is also supervising construction on the historic conversion of the Ruby Match Factory from warehouse to creative loft office in Camden, NJ. Past projects include the successful redevelopment of 833 Chestnut for Digital Realty, construction of Lenfest Hall for the Curtis Institute of Music, and construction and capital projects for residential, office, retail and data center assets in the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Before joining AthenianRazak, Bernie was Director of Construction for Hillary’s Gourmet Ice Cream stores and the Windsor Shirt Company.
