Meron Larkin
Senior Project Manager
Meron Larkin leverages the power of integrated teamwork to achieve client goals and objectives. She has over 30 years of experience in Program and Project Management across multiple market sectors, including commercial offices, industrial, pharmaceutical, government, and manufacturing clients. As Program Manager, Meron has led multidisciplinary teams and served as a liaison for large-scale and complex projects, including mission critical data centers, while placing an emphasis on safety, quality control, cost monitoring/control, and fast-track scheduled delivery—all while building strong client relationships and winning repeat business.
Most recently, Meron was Program Manager for Mace North America where she served as Siemens Owner's Rep through bidding, design, construction, move, and closeout of the 300,000 SF Penn Hall Power Generation Services Facility. Construction included a new 65,000 SF high bay to hold the 340 Ton, 140 Ton, and 150 Ton generators, which were relocated from existing facilities. Meron coordinated with facilities to consolidate and move existing industrial equipment and warehousing space. She also assisted in the renovation of 45,000 SF of existing space to accommodate offices and 188,000 SF for tool areas, racking, and additional industrial equipment.
Prior to her time at Mace North America, Meron worked at Heery International as a program manager, providing technical support, construction project management, and contract administration services in the development and execution of numerous government projects. She was responsible for contract compliance, managing team workloads, reporting, cost tracking, time management, quality control, staffing, and other functions.
She also served as Senior Project Manager at Gilbane Building Company, successfully completing an $8.5 million mission-critical facility for a Fortune 100 company. Meron began her career with CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield, providing Project Management services for major commercial real estate projects.
